Board of Directors makes changes to policy manual (May 12, 2010)
The board has added a clause to the policy manual indicating that ALL classes must be cancelled during General Membership meetings. In addition the board has determined that reservations of the building cannot be made for time slots 1/2 hour before or after any regularly scheduled ODTC class. Also 48 hours is now required for changes to established contracted reservations. Please see the policy manual for detailed wording. All changes are followed by the dates they were made.
