How to Use the New ODTC On-line Registration System
The following will take you step-by-step through the new on-line registration process though the “Count-me-in” website. There are a few terminology peculiarities you’ll need to watch. The system was originally designed, in part, for youth sports club registrations and some of the terminology reflects that (for example, you may see “Child” or “Parent/Guardian” in some places where you would expect to see “Dog” and “Owner/Handler”).
Also make sure that your web browser software is reasonably up-to-date. The system requires at least Netscape version 6.0 or higher Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher AOL version 4.0 or higher. Mozilla Firefox 1.5 also works. More details on browser requirements and settings can be found by clicking here.
Please be sure to read through these instructions and reference them as you go through the registration process to minimize confusion:
Go to the ODTC web page on Count-me-In’s website: http://www.cmiregistration.com/user/org/category__org__746.htm
Select the class category (obedience, agility, flyball, etc)
Select the class you wish to register for
Click the “register now” button
Change the “# of Participants” field to the correct value (the default is “1”)
Click the “Add Additional Programs” button to select another class
Repeat
steps 1-5 until you’ve selected all the classes you wish to register for as
well as the correct number of dogs for each class
If
you make a mistake you can click on the “remove” link to remove a class from
your list
Once you have all the classes selected, click the “Continue>” button
The next screen will ask “Have you signed up with Oriole Dog Club On-Line before?”
Select the appropriate answer (most likely this will be “No. I haven't signed up with Oriole Dog Club On-Line before. This is my first time.” Unless you have previously established an account)
At this point you will set up your
account. Enter all the data requested:

a Username
b. Create
a Password
c. Email
Address
d. Street
Address
e. City
f.
State
g. Zip/Postal
Code
h. Area
Code & Phone Number
Next you will “Select Participants” This is where you will enter you dogs’ information. Unless you have previously entered your dogs’ information, you will need to click the “Create New Participant” button.
Create New Member page. Please note: For this registration system the members/participants are your dogs NOT you. For the “Member's First Name” field, enter your dog’s name. for the “Member's Last Name” field, enter your last name. Click the “Add Member” button to process your entry.
Repeat the “Create New Participant” as necessary
The pull-down menus on the “Select Participants” page will now be populated with your dogs’ names. Use the menu to select the appropriate dog for each class and click the “Continue>” button.
“Membership
& Program Registration” page 1. On this page you will enter the
detailed information for each dog. Keep in mind that “Participant”
refers to your dog.
a. Membership
Level – Select your current membership level. If you have previously registered a dog
using this system, you should not have to enter a membership level this time.
Selecting the
wrong level could result in your registration being rejected and your
registration returned minus a processing fee.

Password. This field will be removed once registration is open to the
general public. The appropriate password will be mailed to members and
contributing members for the CM/M registration period.

Click the “Continue>”
button to proceed to the next page to enter the “Parent/Guardian Information”.
This is where you will enter the Owner/Handler information for the class.

Click the “Continue>” button to proceed to next page. Continue to complete the “participant” information until all dogs have been entered and you come to the payment page.
Click the
“Charge My Credit Card” button to pay with a credit card, or the “Pay in
Person” to pay by check.

If paying by credit card, you will be e-mailed a receipt.
b.
If paying by check, please print out the “Thank You” page and send a
copy of it to the class registrar with your payment.
Congratulations! You’re done!
If you make any mistakes as you input your account and dog information, you can make some corrections using the "Your File" button at the top registration page. You will be able to edit all of the account information you just entered.
